Finished FFXII, it was decent, had some neat ideas but ultimately it underdelivered.
Gambits are probably the highlight of the game, this is the most amount of customization I've seen for your party members.
Music is disappointingly forgettable for being a FF game. The story barely even exists. And half the characters suck. The gameplay isn't bad, but could use some polish with difficulty scaling, things are either too hard or too easy.
I wanna finish Fantasian before my free apple arcade sub ends but haven't been feeling it that much recently tbh. Been playing some EO3, in my 3rd playthrough now, but the party I'm using makes the game feel way more tedious than it is difficult, compared to doing a normal run.

Still didn't finish Fantasian and I think my free sub ended.
I stopped at the start of the last dungeon in EO3 and I decided to play other EO games instead. I made it to the ultimate boss in EO1, but not ready to take on it yet. I played some EO5 and this party is honestly kinda subpar, but I made it to the end of the 4th dungeon.
I repasted my PS3 and the first thing I decided to play on it/resume playing was Mugen Souls. I miss the XMB compared to whatever Sony was doing with the PS4.

I played a lot of FFXIV. Amazing story and soundtrack + it's a mmorpg with lots of stuff to do. Not super good endgame but interesting enough.

I've been playing a lot lately... I'm currently juggling Mega Man Battle Network, Digimon Survive, and Neptunia Sisters vs. Sisters, with an aim to finish at least Mega Man before the new Zelda comes out next week. I've also been playing Dragon Ball the Breakers daily, and on the visual novel front I'm trying to make my way through Chaos;HEAd Noah and Chaos;Child before the release of Anonymous;Code this Fall.
Earlier this year I completed Neptunia vs. Senran Kagura as well as Metroid Prime Remastered, but I have a lot of other games coming up later this year. Other than what I've mentioned already, I'm also planning to pick up loop8, Rain Code, and Rune Factory 3 Special when they come out. Sonic Frontiers and Pokemon Scarlet have regular DLC updates I'll be keeping up with as well.

I played a lot of FFXIV. Amazing story and soundtrack + it's a mmorpg with lots of stuff to do. Not super good endgame but interesting enough. Agree on the soundtrack. Story starts out pretty mediocre unfortunately, ARR is a slog(seems like people like it more now than they did before, though). The endgame is what happens when you get a game that's focused on story than gameplay. Endwalker's normal content is too casual to enjoy, especially compared to Shadowbringers, though the alliance raids are good though. The savage and extreme content, which I have yet to try, still seems like a big jump in difficulty, I assume everything there is either a one shot or a party wipe which I'm not too interested in gitting gud at, than playing other games instead.
I don't know how to quote multiple posts here...
I want to play that MMBNLC, I haven't gotten to that because no place stocks the physical Switch copy yet.
I'm currently playing... Well I switch between things right now.
I was doing Etrian Odyssey 2's post game, the DS one, not the Untold version. And the post game boss attacks are all pretty much one shots. So I stopped there, I read about some cheese strats but I can't be assed to try them now or to farm the items for them(Axcela IIs). I finished Top Nep a few days ago... yeah it wasn't a long game but was kinda interesting... enough? I've been playing some Gal Guardians as well, I want to go back to playing the Gal Gun games after that. Double Peace on the Vita was fun but I didn't go far because.... 20FPS is painful. I also was playing some 4GO. That game's UI is clunky as fuck, and using Nepgear makes me wish I had a turbo button for the normal attacks. NepVII doesn't run on Proton/Linux/SteamOS unfortunately.
Oh yeah I also started XenobladeDE on the Switch. Going to be my 2nd time playing it, after playing it first on the Wii many years ago. I also want something to play on my Vita but not sure what I'm in the mood for on it. I think I'm having an analysis paralysis with it.
